Still going strong
Had another really good day in terms of diet and exercise. Started the day by doing Davina DVD Bottom fit, which was totally lunge and squat-tastic! Legs were bloody knacking!
Breakfast - Blueberry smoothie with oats, skimmed milk and natural yoghurt
Lunch - Broccolli and Cauliflower soup, apple
Snack - Red grapes
Dinner - Cheese and red onion omlette with salad
Drinks - water, green tea with ginger, lemon and ginger tea, decaf tea
I'm actually quite amazed how well I'm doing just hope I can keep it up over the weekend. I'm going to weigh myself in the morning so we shall see how I've done then. Fingers crossed!
I've made the leek and potato soup as posted below for tomorrow and I'm going to freeze the rest for next week, in the pic it doesnt look that appertising but I really does taste good x
