Bloody mobile phone!
Had a bad start to the day when my alarm I set on my phone didn't go off as the phone had died during the night! I managed to over sleep by nearly two hours! Decided that I still wanted to do the top fit Davina DVD which is only 30mins so rushed through that before I went to work. I had a late meeting at work tonight so because of timing and things I haven't had a big meal today.
Breakfast - Blueberry smoothie with oats, ground flaxseed, skimmed milk and natural yoghurt
Snack - Sculptress Shake
Lunch - Carrot and Coriander soup (sainsbury's fresh), apple
Snack - Peanut and Oat Trek bar
Snack - Natural yoghurt
Luckily I'm not starving, but I think when I wake up I'll probably be ravenous!
