Began the day with the bottom fit davina DVD, was really chuffed that I almost managed to do the whole thing through without stopping during the lunges!
For breakfast I had a blueberry smoothie with frozen blueberries, oats, ground flax, skim milk and natural yoghurt.

Just before lunch had my apple as I was starving! Then had some leek and potato soup from my frozen stash

Mid afternoon had my vanilla sculptress shake. When I got in from the shops had a couple of clemintines then for dinner had some of my left over roast veggies from yesterday with a bit of cheddar on top

After that was still bloody hungry so I've just had another apple.
Drinks - water, green tea, lemon and ginger tea and decaf tea
After work popped to the shops to grab some fruit and veg and milk, ended up getting some almond and hazelnut rice milk, cashew nut butter and some 9 bars that were all reduced. See what reading all these blogs has done to me! I wouldn't have even tried half of this stuff before I read about other people using it. Looking forward to trying it out going to give green monsters a go with the rice milk!
Since I had a bit of time tonight I also thought I'd try and make some Thai green chicken and vegetable curry to freeze a couple of portions and have some ready for dinner tomorrow

I used 2 diced chicken breasts, brocolli, cauliflower, red pepper, sainsburys Thai green curry paste and a tin of light coconut milk. I'm going to have it with wholemeal noodles, can't wait!
