Arms are killing!
Today my arms are really hurting after doing the Davina top fit DVD, I guess it shows it must be working though!
Had a really good day -
Breakfast - Oats with natural yoghurt, honey and a handful of red grapes
Snack - 3 clemintines
Lunch - Vegetable Quiche with salad, apple
Dinner - Bean burger with steamed brocolli followed by rasberries and natural yoghurt
Drinks - water, green and ginger tea, lemon and ginger tea, decaf tea with skimmed milk.
Had a mega workout at the gym as well -
5 mins running on treadmill
20 mins on cross trainer (including 10 mins of intervals)
20 mins on stepper (including 10 mins of intervals)
10 mins on rower
15 mins on recumbent cycle
20 reps of full and half crunches, side reaches etc
Feeling good!
