Last month on my visit to Cambridge I stumbled across a health food store called Revital. It had a great range of products and made me wish they had a store in the North East!

Luckily for me, I found out that they not only have several stores around the country but also a pretty good website. I’m always looking for good sources of health products online – different companies tend to stock different products and brands so its always worth it to shop around.

Revital feature a brilliant range of vitamins and minerals, skin and body care and sports nutrition.

Their products are broken down into different ranges such as probiotics and digestive aids or Omega’s and EPAs which I think is very useful when faced with a mind boggling number of supplements. At least this way you can select to look at a particular range of items knowing what area of your health they are targeted at.

These are some of the products I thought looked interesting:

Baobab Powder (a ‘super food’ high in vitamins and minerals)

Adreno Max A naturopath formulated supplement which targets the adrenals

Avalon Organics Lemon Verbena Conditioner

Organic Argan Oil – I would use this on my skin and hair

Dr. Hauschka Eyeshadow Palette

I’m definitely looking to try and include more organic / natural beauty products as much as I can from now on and Revital has a great range. The site also offers free shipping within the UK and they also ship internationally.
