Review: Lovestretch
A few weeks ago I was contacted by a representative of Lovestretch to see if I would be interested in reviewing some items from the site.
I had never heard of Lovestretch before but as soon as I looked at the site I got very excited as it seemed very ‘me’!
Lovestretch was created by a part time business woman and Pilates teacher who was looking for clothing that would take her from her working day through to a night out with the girls. The site is a one stop shop for sleek, stylish and comfortable clothes. It brings together fashion collections along with some accessories to create the Lovestretch ‘look’.
I have to begin by saying I am so glad to have been made aware of the site! The collections featured are just stunning – you can see that they are good quality, timeless pieces. They also offer free UK delivery which I think is a great bonus.
I decided to try some items from the Yoga / Pilates and Activeware sections. I chose the following items:
Wellicious 3/4 Exercise Pants (£59.00)
Some of you may have noticed me raving about those yoga pants on twitter, they are my absolute favourite pants in the world! They are so comfortable while also looking good, in fact these are so nice I haven’t wanted to wear them to the gym!
black crew neck top (£89.00)
What attracted me to this top was the thumb hole detail, I had noticed other people with tops like this and thought they would be great for me as I always have cold hands. Again, the quality of this is fabulous and it is far too nice to wear to the gym! I think this will be a great item worn with a patterned skirt or trousers teamed with a bright statement necklace in the autumn.
Striders Edge Vest Top (currently on sale for £23.60)
This top is wonderful, I love the colour and the panelling details would be really flattering for all shapes and sizes. I’ve worn this to the gym and hot yoga and its very comfortable. It would also be excellent for running as it includes a small zipped pocket on the back for your key as well as some reflective detailing.
Here’s a few pics of the items on me:
I can definitely say that I will be shopping at Lovestretch again in the future, I already have my eye on a couple of pieces for my autumn / winter work wear wardrobe!
Have you ever heard of Lovestretch before? What do you look for in active and lounge ware?
