Looking forward to the weekend!
Got up this morning and just wanted to go straight back to bed. These cold dark mornings can really effect your motivation! So I decided that I needed a lovely warm breakfast. I made porridge with skim milk, chopped apple a tablespoon of natural yoghurt, sprinkled with cinnamon

After my weird sickness thing the last couple of days decided to have something more 'carby' for my morning snack so had a banana bread nakd bar

It must have done the trick as I felt fine. For lunch instead of my usual soup I had a tuna salad made with one tin of tuna mixed with one tablespoon of light mayo and some chopped red onion on top of some salad with cucumber and grated carrot

Had my sculptress shake mid afternoon and then for dinner had a chicken breast with roast red pepper, red onion, courgette and garlic

Drinks - water, green tea, lemon and ginger tea, decaf tea and one caffinated tea.
Exercise - went to the gym after work and did a good work out, I increased some of the levels I work at so did 10 mins on treadmill doing 30 sec intervals of 5.3 slow and 6.1 fast, 20 mins on cross trainer with 10 mins intervals of 1 min levels 7 to 11 which is an increase of one level, 20 mins on stepper with 10 mins of intervals at levels 9 and 14. Then did two sets of abdominal exercises.
Had such a busy day at work today, just looking forward to the weekend. I've got loads of ideas for things to cook and bake, all from inspiration I've had from other blogs and recipes from healthy cook books. Watch this space for some lovely recipes and pictures (hopefully)!
