Fresh Start...
Ok, so today has been bad, very bad! (see my last post for my complete description of self loathing) After checking the scales and getting a huge shock I tried to stay on the straight and narrow but it just didn't happen so I'm fessing up. Heres my breakdown for today -
Gym - worked my arse off for an hours cardio and 2 sets of abs
Breakfast - oats soaked in skimmed milk with 2 chopped pears, green tea
Snack - (in cinema watching Avatar 3D which was brilliant) yoghurt coated hazelnuts, apple, water
Lunch - (hangs head in shame) Big Lukes - 2 slices of pizza, 2 slices of cheesy garlic bread, cheese filled potato skin, vegetable noodle stir fry, salad with coleslaw
Dinner - oats soaked in skimmed milk with raisins and flaked almonds, apple
Snack - a number of chocolate celebrations from the Hubbys birthday present
I also ended up doing some depression induced spending today and bought the new sports bra I needed, two vest tops for gym from my wishlist and some comfortable lounge clothes from asda living (pants, tee, hoody). At least that cheered me up!
I really shouldn't be so down about it all, it was my lovely hubbys birthday after all, and he's been really supportive - our valentines meal is going to be healthy and home cooked (I know he would have prefered a take away or something more indulgent)
So... a fresh start tomorrow. I have a fridge full of veg and I plan on starting the day with a green monster, having some home made soup for lunch and salmon and veg for dinner, with low carb fruit as snacks and I will stick to it!
