Busy Day
Had quite a busy day went shopping for a present for my Dads 50th then to see my friend and her little girl and go for a walk round the park. Started the day off well with a triple dose of Davina fit DVD, the top fit, bottom fit and yoga stretch sections. Had a really good workout and felt great afterwards. Then -
Breakfast - blueberry smoothie with oats and skimmed milk
Lunch - Peanut butter on stoneground wholemeal toast, two pears
Snack - Coco loco Nakd bar
Dinner - Tandoori chicken with light coconut milk and a mixed salad, small bar of Green and Blacks 70% Dark chocolate and 2 large glasses of red wine
Drinks - water, green tea and decaf tea
I think I can allow myself the treats of the chocolate and wine since I've been so good this week, but will be back on track tomorrow.
Went and had a look in Holland and Barrat for some bits and pieces but wasn't very impressed. I thought they would have stocked Agave Syrup but they didnt have any. Bought some packs of nuts and some ground flaxseed to use tomorrow when I'm going to try and make some granola, but as I'm short on some ingredients I'll have to see how it turns out!
