Yummy stuff!
I've had a fantasic day of food. Started today with my 'Body Blast' routine as described in my last post. I decided to try mixing my vanilla sculptress with my blueberry smoothie (2 scoops of vanilla sculptress, frozen blueberries, skimmed milk, teaspoon of peanut butter, oats and ground flax) and I'm sure glad I did! It was delicious!

For dinner I had poached eggs on stoneground wholemeal toast and an apple

I popped out to see my friend and while I was at hers I had a giant banana and a milky tea and milky coffee. When I got home I had a couple of clemintines as a snack.
For dinner I tried a new dish - healthy cottage pie. I baked a sweet potato in the microwave and scooped out the flesh and mashed it up. I then fried an onion and chopped up carrot in a little oil and added half lean beef mince and half quorn mince and fried that off. Then I put some hot water in the pan and added some gravy granules to thicken the sauce up. I stuck it all in a baking dish and topped with the sweet potato (I did one half sweet potato for me and the other half regular potato for hubby) and popped in the oven at 180 for 10 mins. I served it with steamed cauliflower and brocolli. It was delicious!

Then for desert I had the most gorgeous thing. It was lush and tasted even better because it was so healthy! I got the recipe from chocolate covered katies blog (which is amazing by the way!) I used half a bag of frozen raspberries, a little milk, a desert spoon of cocca powder and a tablespoon of agave syrup. I popped it all in a blender and used a spatula to push the mixture down. I ended up with this wonderful 'raspberry chocolate ice cream'

I can not tell you how good it tasted! I think I have a new addiction x
