I love Thai Green Curry!

I was so lazy this morning! Decided to lie in instead of going to the gym and go after work instead. Wasn't counting on how hard it would be to drag my arse there after work, with it being a Friday I just wanted to go home! But I got myself there and I'm really glad I went.

Today was also weigh in day and I'm the same as last week. As I lost quite a bit last week (4lbs) I'm just happy to have kept it off!

Today's food has been -

Oats and granola with skimmed milk



Snack - 2 clemintines
Lunch - French onion soup, apple
Snack - vanilla sculptress shake
Dinner - Thai green chicken and vegetable curry with wholemeal noodles, small bowl of raisins



This was amazing! So tasty!

Drinks - water, green tea, lemon and ginger tea, decaf tea

Exercise - gym workout, 10 mins treadmill doing 30 sec intervals (5.3-6.1), 20 mins crosstrainer first 10 mins 1 minute intervals (level 7-11 and level 10), stepper machine 20 mins with 10 mins of intervals (level 9-14 and level 12), 10 mins on bike (level 6) followed by 2 sets of abdominal exercises.

Tomorrow I'm going to be trying a different routine that I've nicknamed my body blast session, more on that tomorrow!
