Back Home!
Another quickie post, just got home from London. Have had a really good time and the conference and workshops we went to were really interesting. My food however has been rubbish! (in healthy terms) Haven't taken any pics as just haven't had time but my meals have went something like this -
Breakfast at Premier Inn - was quite impressed as they actually had some healthy options. I went for fruit salad with natural yoghurt (full fat) topped with granola, coconut shavings and pumpkin seeds plus a green tea.
Snack - Nakd Coco Loco bar
Lunch - two small cheese savory sandwiches on wholemeal, half a cheese and pickle croissant, an apple, grapes and pineapple and melon slices
Snack - Skinny caramel latte and a orange and lemon muffin at Costas
Dinner - On the train we went down to First Class and I had - two glasses of red wine, mini roast veg with beetroot, potatoes and italian salad, goats cheese tart with mixed veg, 3 After Eights.
Its my weigh in day tomorrow so I'll see what the damage is then, although its hubbys birthday and we're planning a trip to cinema and meal out so probably won't be any better then either. I'm not going to be too harsh on myself as we all need to treat ourselves sometimes as long as I don't go on a long term binge I think I'll be fine!
